- Order details: billing and shipping address, phone number, the packs you buy, your pulls, Vault activity and store credit balance.
- Payment details: handled directly by Stripe. We receive only limited information such as the card brand and last four digits.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited, collected through cookies and server logs.
- Messages: anything you send us by email or through forms on the site.
03. How we use it
- To run your account, rip your packs, store your cards and ship your orders.
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates and account emails.
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
- To send news about drops and restocks, only if you subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time.
04. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is needed with the services that help us run the store: Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, our email delivery service, and the shipping carrier that delivers your cards. Our Home page shows Instagram and TikTok feeds; viewing them may let those platforms collect data under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to run your cart and checkout. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of the site, including ripping packs, will not work without them.

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is open and afterwards as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Asset Rip.Pack is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be announced by email or on the site.
