How does ripping a pack work?
Pick a pack and check out. As soon as payment is confirmed we rip it: one authentic Pokémon card is drawn from that pack’s pool using the odds shown on the pack page, and it lands in your Vault straight away.
Are the cards real?
Yes. Every card in every pack is a physical Pokémon card we hold in inventory. The full list of cards a pack can pull is shown on its page under Pack Collectibles.
What are the odds?
Each pack page lists the chance of pulling every tier, from Basic up to Grail, with the value range of each tier and the minimum and maximum pull for that pack.
Can I sell a card back?
Yes. From your Vault you can sell any card back for 80% of its market value. The amount is added to your store credit and applied automatically at checkout on your next order.
How does shipping work?
Add the cards you want to a shipment from your Vault. Once your selection is worth $25 or more, check out with a flat $6 shipping fee and we ship the cards to your address.
Do I need an account?
Yes. A free account keeps your pulls in your Vault and your store credit in one place, so you need one before you can rip a pack.
