Terms of Service
These terms cover how you use Asset Rip.Pack, how packs and pulls work, and what you can do with the cards in your Vault. Please read them before you rip.
- Last updated: October 10, 2026
01. About these terms
Asset Rip.Pack (assetrippack.com) is operated by [Legal business name], [Business address] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, buying a pack or otherwise using the site, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and Shipping Policy.
02. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
- The service is offered to residents of [Countries / states served] and is void where prohibited by law.
- One account per person. Accounts may not be shared, sold or transferred.
03. Your account
You need a free account to rip a pack, hold cards in your Vault and use store credit. Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, chargeback abuse or a breach of these terms.
04. How packs work
- Each pack you buy is ripped as soon as your payment is confirmed. One authentic, physical card is drawn at random from that pack’s card pool for every pack purchased.
- The chance of each tier (Basic up to Grail), the value range of each tier and the minimum and maximum possible pull are shown on every pack page before you buy.
- Pack pools hold real inventory, so cards sell out. If the tier you roll has no cards left, the draw moves to the nearest tier that still has stock.
- Card values shown are estimated fair market values for reference only. They are not a promise of resale value.
05. Your Vault
Every card you pull is a physical card we store for you. From your Vault you can keep it, ship it to you (see our Shipping Policy) or sell it back to us for store credit.
06. Sell-back and store credit
- You can sell any card in your Vault back to us for 80% of its listed value at the time you sell it.
- The amount is added to your account as store credit and applied automatically to your next checkout.
- Store credit has no cash value, cannot be transferred or withdrawn, and [Store credit expiry, if any].
- Once a card is sold back, the sale is final and the card returns to our inventory.
07. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Applicable taxes are added at checkout. We may change pack prices, odds or pools at any time, but changes never affect a pack you have already bought.
08. Fair play
You agree not to use bots or scripts, open multiple accounts, exploit errors in the site, or file a chargeback for a pack that was ripped and delivered to your Vault. If a technical error affects a rip, contact us and we will put it right (see our Refund & Returns Policy).
09. Trademarks
Pokémon and all related names, characters and card artwork are trademarks of their respective owners (Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc. and The Pokémon Company). Asset Rip.Pack is an independent reseller of authentic cards and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by them.
10. Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the pack or shipment concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of the site means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of [Governing state].
